All of my prices are in € (EURO) and are subject to change.

All commissions are for personal use ONLY, unless commercial rights have been purchased by at least +50% of the base price.

Commissioned artwork is NOT to be used for NFTs or the like (crypto and AI). Ask if in doubt.

The commissioner is responsible to inquire about the commission status themselves, unless I specify otherwise.

The commissioner is responsible to check my social media, specifically Twitter (@rubybot01), for general updates (my life or thelike) in case a commission order has been delayed without notice.

Please note that my artstyle is inconsistent, so your commission may vary a bit from the examples seen in my galleries.

Sundays are my rest days, however I am allowed to take other days off due to bad (mental) health. I will inform the client of any delays in sketches, etc.

If you've commissioned me before and the art is old but you'd like to commission me again, I will not conform to the limitations of my old art and will not draw similarly to it, even if asked.

Orders will be completed anywhere between 2 weeks to 4 months. I will communicate about any delays.

I take at least half payment before sketches via P*yP*l or K*-Fi. The other half of the payment is to be made after sketches.

Money requests are to be paid within 7 days after the request.

Major changes to an order after lining and/or colouring come with an extra money charge of whatever reasonable value I see fit.

Refunds will be granted up to 75% after payment before sketches (consultation fee)

I am allowed to cancel the commission. In this scenario, full refund will be granted.

Deadlines may be subject to having a rush fee be paid, depending on the date of the deadline and the size of the order.

If the commissioner fails to respond within reasonable time before the deadline and therefore the order cannot be completed, I am not to be blamed and a refund of the rush fee will not be granted.

Rush order fees are at least +50% of the base price of the overall order.

Orders are taken on first come, first serve. If you were to message me shortly after I've opened commissions, your order will be completed early in queue and vice versa.
